Spread the word
1
Join us on Facebook then tell your world about the Foundation
If you do just one thing at the moment from visiting here, do join us on Facebook.

If you can do two things, then as the second thing please get your friends, family, colleagues and wider networks to join us on Facebook too.

This is a game-changing update of the rulebook but it's going to take a massive effort from individuals who, collectively, become one voice speaking for change.

That first step to change is awareness and numbers. Thanks.

Show what positive animal welfare looks like
You can find "Positive Animal Welfare" on Facebook. One of the purposes of the page is to provide a place where people get to show and share ideas, about what positive animal welfare looks like.

Animals enjoy toys, food options, music, comfortable surroundings and ... well, what else?

-
For example, do you know that some dairy sheds have brushes installed which the cows enjoy after milking?
-
Better zoos have wide-open spaces and even smaller rooms where animals can enjoy their own peaceful alone time.

So what ideas might be applicable for animals whose circumstances vary so enormously from being pampered pets, to farm animals, to even spending most of their time in the wild?

The Facebook page is to show and inspire, and also demonstrate that providing access to pleasures isn't as tough as one might think.
